What you will do

As the Technical Software Solutions Representative, you will be a technical expert for the Blueprint software used in the planning of surgical replacement. You will support internal and external customers by providing technical customer support, supply chain & logistics management, and marketing & sales support. You will also:

• Provide customer support for the new cloud-based CT scan transfer process
• Assist in new user account registrations, installations, and activations
• Provide technical service to the sales force and customers through telephone calls and email
• Assist in logistics coordination for US-based Patient specific portfolio.
• Backup resource to review customer patient specific product orders for accuracy and completeness on a daily basis
• Assist in setting up deliveries of finished product to the field
• Promptly providing ETA and tracking information for patient specific items
• Proactively reaching out to customers when there are delays
• Manage incoming emails and phone calls that require support
• Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary, sales, confidential company information, and patient data.
• Learn procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology required.
• Work on problems in limited scope; purposefully learn while gaining experience.
• Demonstrate ownership and integrity of work.
• Build stable relationships.
• Contribute to the project as a team member.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree required; Specialization in IT, Software Engineering, or Technical degree -preferred
• 2+ years of experience; supply chain logistics, customer management, or account management experience -preferred
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed
• Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required (e.g., ERP systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Excel, Word etc.)
• Experience with software troubleshooting and PACS (Picture Archive Communication) - preferred
• Knowledge of CT scan protocols, implementation, transfer, and troubleshooting -preferred
