Technical Solution Architect

Introduction
At IBM Technical Solution Architects work to understand needs and then create complex high-quality solutions that make meaningful impact. You’ll be responsible for overall leadership and delivery of the solutions from requirement gathering through implementation. You’ll use your in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technologies along with industry and business skills to influence outcomes.

Your Role and Responsibilities
This technical solution architect role architects first-class IBM Cloud technical solutions on complex pre & post-sale opportunities including client critical situations and onboarding acceleration.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Architect level certification in at least one hyperscaler – IBM Cloud AWS Azure GCP.
• Experience in customer facing interaction with architecture and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge and experience of solutioning or related process in IBM Cloud or another hyperscaler (e.g. AWS Azure GCP)
• Broad technical understanding of the IBM Technology portfolio including knowledge and experience of IBM Software
• Strong Architectural Design background and experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Broad technical understanding of the IBM Technology portfolio
• Self-Starter who is a fast learner of technology and willing to experiment to find the best solutions
• Strong client facing skills
