Summary:
Oracle ERP Cloud "Techno Functional Lead - SCM" is a very keen individual with ERP Cloud product knowledge in set of modules and critical thinker to provide solutions for complex business requirements. The lead will have both technical and functional expertise on Oracle Cloud ERP, and will lead the requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, estimation and deployment of solution in line with organization change control board policies. The role also involves, maintenance, troubleshooting, resolution of errors for existing systems and support new roll outs. Bring new technical ideas and innovative use of functionalities and technology to provide business solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform requirement gathering, process Mapping, Analysis, and solutions design
- Create documentation, perform fit/gap analysis and recommend solutions
- To work on OIC development related to SCM modules and provide functional support
- Manage supplier master & Item master creation and data conversion
- Work with BIP reports, FBDI, ADFDI and OTBI
- Build and maintain complex Sub-Ledger Accounting rules and design
- Work on end to end payment processing (Expense, Payables & AR/AP Net off)
- Work on modifying disbursement BIP templates (SEPA, ISO & Other formats)
- Configure and troubleshoot requisition, PO, BPA, receiving & inventory issues
- Perform security analysis, user preference, create/modify roles and manage data access
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues with the stringent timelines to support month close, and build/modify new workflow using BPM
- Work on SQL, XML, XSLT, VBCS, App Composer and OIC interfaces
- Conduct user trainings and maintain consistent documents
- Support business on month close and year close activities
- Work on a highly critical assignments with challenging timelines
- Provide support to other Oracle cloud ERP modules as needed
- Regular learning with the latest Oracle updates and conduct knowledge sharing sessions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or other related field
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting
- Required Experience:
- 7-10 Years of any Oracle ERP experience like Oracle EBS, Fusion or PeopleSoft etc.,
- 2-5 Oracle Cloud "Requisition, Purchasing, Contracts, Receiving, Inventory & Cost Management
Preferred Experience
• 2-5 Years of experience in Oracle Fusion General Ledger, OIC
License/Registration/Certification:
- Preferred License/Registration/Certification: Oracle Cloud ERP Certifications preferred
Computer Skills Required: Strong SQL and XML working knowledge is required
