Accrete is looking for a Technical Solutions Architect who will be responsible for helping build AI solutions and scalable products for both several commercial industries and the U.S. Federal government. We deliver cutting-edge, enterprise-grade technical solutions and products that are dynamic, complex, and will continue to increase extensively in scope. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker whose leadership, managerial ability, and technical knowledge make him or her a top-tier product manager with a proven track record in delivering successful AI products to a spectrum of customers in different industries. You will lead, manage, and contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of our AI products and solutions.

Requirements

• Be a self-starter needing minimal supervision on medium to large-scale projects;
• Analyze and verifies technology solution requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, and feasibility
• Facilitate/oversees the analysis and design of technology solutions to ensure business needs are met
• Create responses to Requests for Proposals for the desired AI solutions
• Collaborate with developers, leadership, and other architects to bring strategic technical vision into reality
• Influence project scope to deliver effective and efficient solutions in a timely manner
• Proactively identify, communicate, and manage technical project risks, and mitigation plans
• Coordinate with IT development teams to manage the development process and resolve issues
• Participate in research/design of new systems
• Develop a thorough understanding of Accrete's platform and full suite of AI products and solutions to clearly communicate technical capabilities and business impact to customers
• Prepare, maintain, and own of all aspects of your products and solutions
• Planning of a comprehensive feature roadmaps and delivery timelines
• Creates/maintains technical project artifacts including business process flow charts, architecture diagrams, user requirements specifications, data migration plans, testing strategy, solution confirmations
• Create detailed product specification documentation for products and solutions
• Help design user experience, customer satisfaction and QA
• Aid in establishing market positioning, customer targeting, and segmentation
• Construct differentiated sales enablement collateral with the Marketing team to to support sales conversion
• Support pre-sales activities (trials and proofs-of-concepts) to ensure consistent, effective value proposition against customer pain points, and optimal use of Accrete's capabilities in every product and solution you help create
• Influence Engineering, AI Research, Marketing, Sales, and customers to ensure success of Accrete's products and Solutions
• Collaborate with Customer Success team to ensure we consistently achieve target NPS scores for highly satisfied customers and garner constant feedback to innovate new features, products, and solutions
• Effectively and proactively communicate with customers to build a strong relationships with key customer stakeholders

Qualifications

• TS or SCI U.S. federal security cleared or eligible of going through a security clearance
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field and preferably a Master of Science or Business Administration degree, or substantial relevant experience
• PhD or Masters level experience in the field of Computer Science, Engineering and/or Project Management

• Total 8 years of experience, at least 3 years of experience as a Full-stack Engineer (backend-heavy Python expertise) at a well-known technology company & 5 years of technical product management with project experience in AI/Machine Learning and enterprise software
• Hands-on experience with modern machine learning libraries, frameworks, and technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Impeccable problem-solving skills and bias for action - you have the ability to navigate both business and technical domains and will provide guidance to internal and external implementation teams
• Ability to manage time and priorities across multiple tasks - you are comfortable simultaneously working cross-functionally among many projects, both collaboratively across diverse teams (including customer-facing and internal teams) and inspire self-starting initiative

The base salary range for this position is: $200,000.00k-$220,000.00k
