Revegy is seeking a fully remote Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC) to be a member of the Technical Services team. The Technical Solutions Consultant is responsible for providing high-quality consulting to clients and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the functional and feature characteristics of Revegy solutions. The TSC works with clients to define application configuration requirements that meet their business needs and provides best practices guidance regarding Revegy solutions and industry practices. This includes delivering design and training sessions, facilitating discussion around business requirements, and handling product questions and issues.
The TSC will also be responsible for Revegy software installation, integration, and configuration. The TSC will act as the customer-facing, technical subject matter expert throughout the lifecycle of a customer, whether that is initial onboarding or a custom project / support for an existing customer.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Define customers’ functional requirements by conducting design and consulting sessions on Revegy solutions and facilitate technical discussions throughout project delivery
- Provide best practice and optimization consulting to guide the design of customers' Revegy solutions
- Serve in the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) when it comes to Revegy solutions and maintain up-to-date functional knowledge of Revegy software
- Assist customer with Revegy installation in CRM and facilitate integrations
- Conduct Admin and User training on Revegy solutions
- Design, create, and deliver all required documentation related to project phases (i.e., Design Sessions, User Acceptance Testing, Training, etc.)
- Develop and maintain documentation to support technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party software
- Troubleshoot technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking known solutions
- Learn the detailed setup of Revegy solutions and provide configuration and implementation support
- Identify product improvement opportunities and work with the Revegy Product Management team to develop new features and functionality within the solution to support customer objectives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience consulting on and implementing software solutions
- Degree in technology or similar field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to effectively design, organize, and deliver consultative solution seminars, discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations to a variety of user groups including management, project teams, and end-users
- Innovative thinker with strong critical reasoning skills who can design and troubleshoot solutions
- Ability to tailor the explanation of technical concepts to an audience of varying skill levels and perspectives
- Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team during the life cycle of a project
WE’D LOVE YOU TO HAVE
- Experience working with high-profile, enterprise level accounts
- Working knowledge of large-scale, Windows and web based, enterprise application solutions
- Experience working with sales solutions including CRM tools
- Experience working with JSON, SQL, Linux
