The full time duties will include:
 

• Communicates with and provides technical support to employees on technical inquiries for systems and applications 
• Prepares computer workstations for new hires and helps in familiarizing new hires with computers and applications
• Offers remote support to users throughout the organization
• Provides support with basic IT infrastructure and networking
• Assists with other various IT Admin duties as needed
• May provide support for internal ERP application design and implementation
• May be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, installing new hardware, and modifying existing hardware 
• Assists in developing new company-wide technical solutions 
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
• Implement and adhere to security protocols to safeguard information and systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
