Job Description
Casechek is on a mission to innovate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. From procurement to payment, Casechek automates workflows for vendor supported surgical procedures. Our emergent Bill Only solution provides a comprehensive system of record for Hospitals and Health Systems to manage the complexity of surgical cases with implantable medical devices, expose hidden expenses and surface revenue opportunities.
The Technical Solutions Engineer will be a vital member of Casechekās customer success team and will be responsible for delivering client integrations, assisting with technical sales discussions, and providing technical integrations support to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-oriented individual who is passionate about solving complex technical problems in a SaaS organization.

About You
- Experienced in the healthcare industry, especially in building and supporting technical system integrations involving EHR and ERP systems.

ResponsibilitiesĀ
- Lead the scoping, designing and building of technical integrations, as well as deploying enhancements or upgrades as necessary to solve problems.
- Actively review and comprehend customer technical specifications and provide accurate implementation estimates.
- Quickly troubleshoot technical issues, drive the timely completion of fixes, and keep customers and internal stakeholders aware of resolution progress.
- Deliver technical product training to both customers and internal team members to enhance understanding and utilization of our products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive account growth and assist in the sales process.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to increase value captured at accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and executives.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Measure and report on integration success metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading technical integrations within the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems (Lawson, Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience as a subject matter expert in the healthcare industry with a focus on providers, surgical inventory or technology used in surgical procedures.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other process improvement strategies.
- Proficiency in Wrike, Jira, and other customer success tools.
- Experience working with interoperability platform such as Qvera.
- Knowledge of healthcare electronic medical records systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science or engineering-related field.
