Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a critical position in an innovative technology that is disrupting the compliance industry? We are actively seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical expert during the post-sales process, driving Customer Outcomes leading to client’s product adoption. Required Skills:Â Â
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash and at least one additional programming language (C#, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Javascript, etc.)Â
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation of both structured and unstructured data including data exchange, transformation, and loading via APIs and scriptsÂ
- Familiarity with accessing and manipulating data in commercial software via documented APIsÂ
Activities:Â
- Provide pre and post-sales support to partners and prospective customersÂ
- Work with customers/prospects to identify key customer technical requirements/objections and develop prescriptive strategies to address customer needsÂ
- Develop python scripts for loading customer data and completing integrations with commercial tools Â
- Assist customers and partners with deploying RegScale on Docker and KubernetesÂ
- Develop and deliver technical responses to customer and prospect inquiries, including RFPs, RFIs, InfoSec questionnaires and initial solution discussions in support of proposal/sales teamsÂ
- Enable Customer Success team with technical training programs for customers that includes demonstrations, example code, and exercisesÂ
- Create and update product integration scripts and document your outputsÂ
- Assist product development in testing new products and providing real-world customer feedbackÂ
- Effectively document and communicate client needs to the Product team for future product enhancementsÂ
We Would Love To Hear From You If:Â
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical/engineering degree and 5 years of experience, orÂ
- You have a master’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical/engineering degree with 3 years of professional experience, orÂ
- You don’t have a degree but have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT with direct and extensive sales/solution engineering and scripting experienceÂ
- You’ve demonstrated success working on a highly functioning team Â
- You’ve demonstrated progressive service management experience working in an enterprise software companyÂ
- You have the ability to troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients and teams.Â
- You are passionate about solving customer problems and at driving long-term customer valueÂ
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions and host webinarsÂ
