About the Role:

The Technical Solution Manager (TSM)  is primarily responsible for discovery, design, and execution on the technical scope and contract deliverables with new and existing customers. To accomplish this, the TSM has a foundation of technical knowledge, discovery and implementation skills, comfort with going from high-level and strategic to deeper into the technology and operational delivery, and an ability to explain and demonstrate technical solutions to a non-technical audience. A key part of this role will be designing and executing on the technical solution that best reflects the customers capabilities and integrates the Unite Us product suite.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Expert on Unite Us product offerings including interoperability offerings and data solutions, and the technical standards necessary to lead delivery with customer technical teams and coordinate with internal product experts
  • Serve as the technical lead partnering with our customers on the delivery of technical solutions, which includes leading discovery sessions, documenting requirements, and coordinating engineering resources to deliver solutions
  • Works closely with the customer to understand contracted technical deliverables, customer technology capabilities, and identify appropriate execution strategies. This often requires understanding customer technical standards and designing the solution that will allow successful execution and integration of Unite Us products
  • Act as the technical workstream lead and drive decision-making and alignment across the account, engineering, product, implementation, and data delivery teams to move client deliverables across the finish line
  • Work closely with assigned Customer Success Manager to execute on enterprise customer initiatives to drive the overall health, satisfaction and retention of customers
  • Assist customers with planning and execution of technical solution implementations, and removing technical blockers
  • Provide guidance and expertise to customers as they make internal decisions regarding their technology and configuration for the use of Unite Us products
  • Manages and enhances the solution process by, leading and managing the customer technical team to readiness, discovery, requirements gather, build and execution of Unite Us products and supports ongoing technical needs for select customers
  • Project manages prospect/customer pilots, working with the customer to develop critical success criteria, monitoring pilot progress, and coordinating internal resources required to deliver a successful pilot
  • Recommend best practices to clients based on product technical capabilities
  • Manage quality assurance and user acceptance testing of implemented products/solutions
  • Ability to demo products and tie the technical implementation back to the product
  • Configure in the demo environments to support UAT testing with the customers
  • Create and maintain customer-facing documentation related to technical deliverables and integrations

What you will bring:

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms; understanding and interest in technology - HL7, SAML, FHIR, SFTP, EMPI, data file transmission
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions
  • Manages risks & issues for ongoing customer work and coordinates with appropriate teams for resolution
  • A creative problem solver who likes to work with clients and bring technology to life
  • Able to seamlessly adjust your communication style for internal and external audiences at all levels of the organization and with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Detail-oriented and can balance multiple projects and deliverables concurrently
  • A passion for helping clients develop technical solutions

  • Ability to analyze & interpret technical requirements and customer interactions to anticipate and guide client needs

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, U.S. based
  • This position requires 30% travel
  • Our target range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges.
