Job DescriptionÂ
Optimus seeks an organized and energetic Technical Sourcer with a focus on hiring, talent, and employee relations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that Optimus reaches its’ aggressive hiring goals and continues to support theÂ
internal growth of staff. This is a full-time, salaried ($63,000 - $70,000) position, to be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Optimus is a fast-growing technology company; all employees must be self-directed and capable of managing multiple duties within the company. This position will allow for a wide range of growth and new opportunities in a flexible and evolving work environment.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ

Work with the People Operations Lead to design and execute a comprehensive technical sourcing strategy to find qualified talentÂ

Work with People Operations Lead and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements of each roleÂ
-
Create unique multi-channel and market-specific search strategies that attract qualified talentÂ
-
Develop prospects into candidates and assess them for role fit, level, and motivations by conducting phone interviewsÂ
-
Work with People Operations Lead to drive the interview process forwardÂ
-
Work with the People Operations Lead to forecast hiring needs and the cycle necessary to fill gaps. Design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards as neededÂ
Qualifications & ExperienceÂ
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or other related fieldÂ
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing qualified candidates, preferably in a startup environmentÂ

Familiarity and comfort with ATS and HRIS softwareÂ
-
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills; an ability and desire to take ownership of ones’ workloadÂ
-
Proven track record of working successfully independently as well as in a team settingÂ
-
Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, and an understanding of the importance of handling confidential information appropriatelyÂ
