Technical Sourcer

As a Technical Sourcer at Striveworks you will be challenged—and trusted—from day one to identify and engage top tech talent. You will work closely with the People Operations team while cultivating relationships across the company with individual contributors, team leads, and company leadership. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing creative sourcing plans, engaging candidates with transparency and respect, and representing Striveworks throughout.

We’re looking for candidates who are excited about growing their recruiting skill set, working with cutting edge technologists, and making an impact in a fast growing company. Your efforts will help define the overall recruiting function and strategy at Striveworks.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Identifying and engaging passive talent via outbound sourcing   
• Crafting personalized, multi-channel sourcing campaigns 
• Conducting phone screens and writing thorough candidate summaries 
• Executing on strategic sourcing opportunities 
• Tracking and analyzing outreach data to identify potential improvements   

The anticipated pay range for this position is $75,000-$95,000/year. This position offers a fully remote or hybrid work environment.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer (in-house or agency)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal  
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in strategic, volume, and creative sourcing techniques 
• Familiarity with Boolean strings 
• Familiarity with modern recruiting platforms, tooling, and trends (e.g. Greenhouse, hireEZ) 
• Experience with data-driven decision making 
• Proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity
• Able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities 
• BA/BS degree 
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
