What You’ll Do
Samsung Semiconductor is seeking a collaborative, devoted and resourceful full-time Sourcer to support hiring across various functions of our business units.Â
We are seeking a Sourcer to spearhead the initial phase of our recruitment process. You will play a pivotal role in identifying our hiring needs and ensuring our vacancies are filled with exceptional candidates who align with our organization’s vision and goals.
Location: RemoteÂ
- Identify potential candidates:Â Use social media, job boards, and existing networks to find and engage with prospective candidates.
- Develop talent pipelines:Â Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen candidates: Conduct preliminary screening to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit before passing them to recruiters.
- Market intelligence:Â Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and job market conditions to provide valuable insights to the recruitment team.
- Employer branding: Communicate the company’s value proposition, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates to build a strong employer brand.
What You Bring
- Bachelors with 8+ years of experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATSs) and other recruitment software.
- You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.Â
- An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.Â
- You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.Â

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.Â

Base Pay Range
$70—$80 USD
