Now we’re looking for a highly motivated Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us find the best talents for our Tel Aviv office.
You will help us find THE BEST talents, keep them engaged throughout the recruiting process and be part of the HR team’s effort to build and grow our amazing company.
We invest extensive resources and thought into hiring, and your role’s responsibilities will have a huge impact on our journey to success!
This position is a temporary role for a 8-month period with an option for permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
- Scheduling interviews and phone screens
- Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers
- Find and engage passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as Linkedin, Github, communities forums, Facebook, etc.
- Be a focal point for our hiring managers regarding best sourcing practices
- Strategise different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns
- Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience and employer branding
- Creating reports and examining data to make the recruitment processes more efficient
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Technical Sourcer from Hi-Tech/startup Companies
- Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs
- Proven experience in behavioral phone interviews
- Managing and accompanying the candidate's recruitment process while creating a positive and attentive experience
- Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
- Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and can-do approach
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
