Technical Support Analyst

InvGate is a SaaS company that develops 3 different IT management and automation products. We have clients in over 60 countries, and sales offices in Chile, Mexico, Spain and the US. We are a fresh, young company, with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support Analyst to enhance our support team. In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional technical and functional support to clients worldwide through various channels including email, tickets, and remote sessions (e.g., TeamViewer, Zoom).
  
• Analyze and optimize client configurations, offering recommendations to improve platform efficiency.
  
• Collaborate closely with our development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
