Technical Support Analyst - L3

Are you a Troubleshooting expert? Do you know Windows 10 like the back of your hand? Have you worked with large data sets using Microsoft Excel? If yes, then you could be Fivesky’s next Windows Technical Support Analyst. 

What you’ve done:

• Applied your L3 support experience to in-depth troubleshooting.
• Worked on Windows 10 (software & hardware) with end users to support migration efforts.
• Intermediate/advanced work in Excel with large data sets.
• Used your communication skills (Verbal & Written) to liaise with different departments.
• Created process documentation for support teams.
• Data Visualization experience, right now we are using Power BI. 
• Office 365 experience.
• Work with Active Directory

What you will do:

• As part of the team, you'll manage day-to-day escalations, and deliver in-depth troubleshooting knowledge.
• Support users both onsite and remotely.
• Review technical documentation and provide feedback for improvement.
• Manipulate data and build reports using Microsoft Excel. 

It would be awesome if you had:

• MAC knowledge.
• Created / modified PowerShell scripts. 
• ServiceNow know-how. 
• Exposure with RIA tooling.
