The Opportunity:
As our Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees of our rapidly growing cloud-based ecommerce company, including providing remote and in-office support, and onboarding and off-boarding of employees. Our ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.ย
This role is located in our Durham, NC (US) office and has a hybrid working schedule with 2-3 days in-office per week.ย
Your Mission:
- Provide remote and in-office technical support to employees
- Document all support issues and update the knowledge base
- Troubleshoot and maintain company infrastructure
- Onboard and off-board employees; be the primary point of contact for South and North America
- Maintain inventory of hardware assets
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed:
- Around 1-2 years of experience in a help desk role supporting Mac environments, networks, and applications
- Google Suite administration experience
- Experience using mobile device management (MDM)
- Contributes technical and procedural knowledge to our company Knowledge Base
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
