Job Duties:

• Identify and analyze root cause of customer issues

• Track customer interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
• Build positive relationships with customers and team
• Test new products and software
• Develop and share knowledge content

You must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

We value (not required):

• Field experience with HVAC equipment and controls
• Experience with Salesforce

• Experience with MS Office Suite: including Sharepoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Call center experience
