Job Description

Serve as the primary customer contact for AlarmNet central stations and web portal users to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries (phone calls and email) regarding services offered, billing questions, website problems, new customer signup and other related issues.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with other departments such as Technical Support, Customer Service, Hardware Engineering, and Website Engineering, to resolve customer issues.
  • Assist other agents with administrative duties.
  • Help Resideo be the customer's top choice by delivering excellent customer care.
  • Build up your business acumen while learning to address customer needs.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Facilitate issue identification and analysis
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Track requests resolution
  • Provide website training
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Test products & software
  • Develop and share knowledge

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 year or more of Customer Service Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
