Technical Support Engineer

What you'll do:

• Provides technical support to clients before/after the sale of the product, troubleshoots technical problems.
• Responsible for technical inquiries and proactively propose solutions.
• Visit the customer's sites to fix the problems at the field if needs.
• Provide technical training to the customers and internal team for new products and solutions.
• Recommends product improvements to design staff in response to customer feedback.
• Support for visitors of technical from overseas.
• Develops proposals, assesses customer needs in order to recommend appropriate products/services.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1-3 years' experience with Power and electrical component related Products
• Good writing and oral English.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Nice to have experienced in Quality Control for Power Distribution Products such as breakers and power supply.
• Project management experience is a plus.
