This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Technical SupportEngineer 4 - AT, you will beresponsible for:

• Provideproduct support either remotely or on-site.
• Proactivelymonitor systems using Siemens Remote Services
• Shareexpert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and trainlower level employees.
• Successfullydemonstrates leading-edge or extensive knowledge in a technical specialty
• Monitoringthe ongoing field actions and managing the escalation process to ensurecustomer satisfaction is maintained and business outcomes are achieved

• Provideremote technical support to Customers and Customer Service Engineers servicingSiemens Angiography equipment.
• Dispatchnotifications to CSE's and provide quality action plans
• Useremote diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Followescalation process and communicate with HSC/QIB to drive solutions
• Travelto assist with on-site repair of customer equipment as required.(internationally at time - Canada and Latin America. Valid passport required)
• Providefeedback to the factory regarding system performance
• Bewilling to work 2nd shift and work On-call when necessary

Requiredskills to have for the success of this role

• Associatesdegree or 3 years of vocational technical training required
• Minimum of 8+years experience working on Angiography/Cardiology/Surgery Systems.
• Candidatesare preferred to have an AT background with experience on the Artis Icono,Pheno, Artis Q, Zee, Zeego, XWP, 3D Applications, Arcadis and Cios productlines
• Ability totroubleshoot and fix problems remotely using Siemens Remote Services
• Goodcommunication skills

This job may be based in any state nationwide. The base payrange for this position is $86,000 - $105,000. Theannual incentive target is 5% of base pay. Thepay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actualcompensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but notlimited to skill set, experience, certifications, andlocation.
