Job Description
We are looking for an Android Technical Support Engineer with minimum 2 years of experience.
Technical Support
- Familiar with APIs and capable of supporting multiple applications.
- Skilled in technical analysis.
- Continuously monitoring for new tickets and alerts
- Replicates the behavior to troubleshoot issues using test devices and tools. Utilizes test devices, debugging tools, and development tools to triage issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders for any ticketing-related concerns, activities, assignments or urgent tasks.
- Exhausts all external and internal resources for research.
- Contributes to side-projects, tool automation, and team innovation.
- Regularly attends training programs and brown bag sessions to enhance capabilities.
Skills
- Android/Java
- Familiarity regarding usage with APIs (REST-based and/or related libraries)
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
Languages
- Portuguese (C1), English (C1), Spanish (C1)
Location
- Location will be Lisbon and the working model will be Hybrid, with at least 3 days at the office and with a possibility to increase to 5 days a week in the future. Candidates must be living in Portugal.
