Partner with the best

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with gearbox repair and:

• Assisting the current ASP (Authorized Service Provider) global sites.
• Providing expertise in mechanical repairs and solutions.
• Reporting to the local ASP manager in Texas and giving proper updates on a case-by-case basis.
• Supporting the field service team with technical advice and solutions.
• Collaborating with design engineering and other cross-functional teams.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Be familiar with reading and working off of blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Be able to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Be able to travel 5-10% across the country.
