Our Technical Support team is there for them whenever they need help – by phone or email, online and on social media. No matter how complex the challenge, we rise to it. We answer questions about the installation, operation, configuration, customization and use of Dell Technologies products. For critical matters, we use our systems to provide remote diagnostic technical support. If there’s an issue with a customer’s product, we’ll analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.

What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.Â
You will:
•Solve complex problems for customers and be on top of ambitious expectationsÂ
•Partner closely with customers while communicating proactively regarding overall progress of queriesÂ
•Exhibit first-class customer serviceÂ
•Drive operational excellence through quality closures and efficient management of issuesÂ
•Have the opportunity to mentor and coach other team membersÂ

Essential Requirements
•Graduated within the last 12 months
•World-class customer service, phone etiquette and work ethicÂ
•Ability to excel under pressureÂ
•Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic proceduresÂ
Desirable Requirements
•Knowledge in any of the technologies, TCP/IP Networking, VMWare, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS), Microsoft Server OS, SAN/NAS Solutions, Modular Server Solutions
•Certifications, such as: Comptia S+, MCSE, PowerEdge Associate, Network+, CCENT, CCNA or higher, LPI-2 or RHCE, VCA, VCP–DCV, VCP-NV, or equivalent
