We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the Customer platforms’ availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning.Â
You will be part of a dynamic team with a balanced mix of software and technology infrastructure backgrounds. The Senior Technical Support Engineer will provide subject matter expertise, resolve break/fix scenarios, and engage broader teams when necessary. You will partner with engineers, vendors, and client services to deliver successful technical solutions. This role requires limited supervision and guidance while executing associated functions and responsibilities.Â

Job Description
- Troubleshoot platform issuesÂ
- Participate in on-call rotations and be an escalation contact for service incidentsÂ
- Address Customer escalations, providing timely solutions and supportÂ
- Configure and set up new Customer environments to meet specific requirementsÂ
- Respond promptly to PagerDuty alerts to ensure system reliability and uptimeÂ
- Monitor production systems to proactively identify and mitigate potential issuesÂ
- Provide clear and helpful responses to inquiries on SlackÂ
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical support roleÂ
- Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C++, Java, JavaScript, or PythonÂ
- Strong experience with SQLÂ
- Hands-on experience with AWS servicesÂ
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and best practicesÂ
- Solid experience working with Linux systemsÂ
WOULD BE A PLUS:Â
- Experience in the AdTech domainÂ
- Experience with KubernetesÂ
