Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Locations: Sunnyvale, California (Hybrid)
Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $45/hr. to $55/hr. W2
Job Description:
1) Network troubleshooting
2) Java, able to read code is fine
3) Have used database
4) Customer facing experience - Customer Tech support experience, this role needs to face clients so need good communication. Customer service expert.
5) Mandarin and English: required for internal and external cross border communications with the client and teams.
6) Ideal profile: after-sale technical support from big companies, or SDET, or some SDE
