Technical Support Engineer (US) - New York

BreachLock is looking for a New York based Technical Support Professional who is passionate about helping clients. Exposure towards Penetration Testing and knowledge with respect to network/tech support is required for this position. This is a remote position that involves client interaction using phone, email and online meetings.Who are we?

About the opportunity

Functions you will perform may include one or more of the following:

• Support BreachLock clients on email, phone or ZOOM in post sales phase
• Provide demo of various capabilities of the SaaS platform
• Manage and support overall relationship with assigned clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to each assigned client
• Act as a bridge between BreachLock Pen Testing team and clients
• Help manage client esclations

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• You are based in New York City Area and can work without additional sponsorship/VISA in the US
• Have track record in information technology with exposure cyber security
• You are familiar with supporting clients on generic technologies such as SaaS applications or have knowledge on technologies such as networking
• You have a passion for learning about new technologies
• Attended training related to Cyber Security is a big plus
• Experience in pen testing related projects or certifications related to Cybersecurity is a big plus
