Technical Support Manager (Technical Integration Leads)
Job Description
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking Technical Support Managers (Technical Integration Leads) in the following locations:
· Fort Liberty, North Carolina
· Fort Campbell, Kentucky
· Fort Drum, New York
· Fort Stewart, Georgia
This position is contingent upon contract award.
How Role will make an impact:
- Conduct overall management coordination for all training environments; technical, networking, exercise design and required operational support.
- Alternate Auditor, responsible for auditing the MTC information systems in conjunction with the Primary Auditor, and MTC ISSM.
What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the management of training environment; technical, networking, and exercise design of a similar size, scope and complexity
- Demonstrated experience in technical support and training requirements at Brigade or higher level.
- Expert in integrating training environments.
- Extensive experience planning architectures.
- Demonstrated experience in stimulation of Army Mission Command Systems in support of unit training events and distributed exercises.
