Technical Support Operations Instructor

Core One seeks a Technical Support Operations Instructor to support the MARSOC SR program. This position is contingent on contract award.

This position requires a current SECRET clearance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Capable of instructing in all aspects within the Technical Surveillance Course POI, to include Advanced Digital Collections Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Surveillance, Method of Entry, Close Target Reconnaissance, Tactical Audio Video, Basic Electronics, Commercial off the Shelf Construction, Tactical Audio and Video, and Fabrication.
• Stay abreast of current and emerging technologies and are tactical and technology proficient in the latest Techniques, Tactics and Procedures (TTPs) related to the core tasks of the MARSOC Technical Surveillance Course and MRTC Special Operations Forces Level I Special Reconnaissance Course.

Required Skills

• ACTIVE Secret clearance
• Graduate of a U.S. Assessment & Selection and Operator Qualifications course.
• Graduate of MARSOF Technical Surveillance course, Special Forces Technical Surveillance course or a SOCOM Technical Surveillance Course that encompasses the 7 primary phases of instruction: Advanced Digital Surveillance, Hostile Forces, Tagging, Tracking and Locating, Tactical Audio / Video, Close Target Reconnaissance, Methods of Entry and Fabrication.
• 5 years of Technical Support operations experience as either a military or DOD civilian.
• 1 year of recent experience instructing MARSOC Technical Surveillance Course Special Forces Technical Surveillance Course or equivalent SOCOM Technical Support Operations curriculum and techniques.
