Technical Support Operations Manager - Work From Home

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to lead a new Production Operations team that will support systems and technology platforms across the Clinical, Risk Adjustment, Quality, and Care Allies application development and engineering teams within the Government (Medicare Advantage) business. This position will provide management and oversight to a team who provides Production Operations, Service Management, and Technology Expertise.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing, mentoring, coaching, and leading a team.
• Manages the organization's technical Operations and Production Support across all supported teams and technology platforms.
• Provides technical support services, analyzes current operations, and identifies opportunities to improve product quality, cost, stability, and system / application performance.
• Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
• Demonstrates strategies and leads ideation of solutions to resolve issues.
• Collaborates effectively with all levels of management and technology team members.
• Responsible to drive reporting of the services of the team.

• Accounts for budget performance of all assigned functions.
• Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge - but is guided by accepted best practices and well-defined management precedents.
• Focuses on implementing and executing strategies for continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years Technology (IT) experience
• Minimum 5 years Leadership / Management experience
• Excellent Written and Oral Communications skills required
• Ability to lead and develop a team. This includes hiring, growing, and promoting.
• Ability to improve empowerment and enablement within the team
• Must be able to lead calls and facilitate major incidents
• Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership
• Experience in leading and completing projects timely and effectively
• Experience analyzing processes and seeking continuous improvement

• Experience or working knowledge of the following technologies / tools is beneficial: C#; .NET technologies; COTS-based applications; Dynatrace; Splunk; Orion; CyberArk; Okta; Jira; SharePoint; Confluence; ServiceNow; Clarity; ActiveBatch; Hyland OnBase; ApplicationXtender; Arcadia / Other Population Health platforms; Citrix; IIS; Active Directory; Teradata; MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS; RPA/RDA (Robotic Process Automation / Robotic Desktop Automation); APIs

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 88,700 - 147,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
