Technical Support Professional Intern
Job Description
We are looking for a 3rd level support specialist passionate about solving problems and designing optimal solutions for a range of applications covering accounting functionalities. As a technical support specialist intern you will be working in a team that covers several activities like troubleshooting technical issues performing morning checks to ensure the production in running at optimal levels provides timely customer feedback and supports the roll-out of new applications among other duties.
Moreover technical support specialists talk to customers directly as well as create written documentation requiring excellent written and verbal communication.
Your Role and Responsibilities
3rd level restoration maintenance and configuration management for all the applications in the portfolio
· Perform root cause analysis for complex production problems.
· Preventive maintenance platforms and application troubleshooting
· Problem Management Incident Management & Configuration management including punctual on call service outside business hours
· Defect Management trouble ticket handling within the agreed SLAs; accepting planning and assessment/supervision of implementation of new enhancements (fixes and Change Request) in the customer network.
· Optimization & automation of workflows and activities.
· Creation updates and maintenance of technical documentation
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Degree in computer science or information technology .
· Knowledge and/or experience with Control-M shell programming Oracle databases SQL and PL/SQL development
· Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
· Growth mindset and customer centric
· Team player
· Written and verbal French skills (minimum A2 level)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Prior experience in tech support or a similar role.
· Experience communicating technical concepts to audiences.
· Familiarity with Git Jenkins Artifactory or similar
