MSO Tech. Consultant:

• Identifies services, assets, etc. that must be monitored
• Builds Monitoring strategy.
• Sets thresholds, criteria and other policies for proper actions to be taken.
• Sets criteria for incident handling (info, warning, exception , incident)
• Implements automation processes
