Technical Support Specialist

We need an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for Carespring employees in the Dayton, OH Area. 

$50,000 to $55,000 Per Year

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Providing tech support to Carespring staff regarding receiving incoming and outgoing calls, incoming emails, & incoming texts
• Responding to issues using our ticketing system
• Providing on-site assistance across multiple Carespring sites
• Driving to multiple facilities to assist the IT staff with Software support (including Microsoft applications) along with proprietary & hosted solutions. 
• Supporting hardware such as servers, laptops, desktops, thin clients, tablets, mobile phones, printers, & networking equipment. 

You’ll Need To Have:

• A strong technical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills (telephone as well as in person)
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Degree in computer related field or 3 years experience working in technical support or IT related field
• The ability to work independently & as part of a team
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to think critically & innovate to solve challenging situations
• Freedom to work extra hours when necessary
• Ability to lift and move IT hardware (up to 50 lbs.)
• Hands-on experience in desktop support/troubleshooting in a Microsoft environment (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Office, Teams, SharePoint, & Exchange)
• Experience with setup, installation, & maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, and networking equipment
• Networking knowledge (preferred)
