The position also participates in contingency planning/testing and other resiliency initiatives.
The Technical Support Analyst/Specialist is a member of the FSO CATS Production Team. The team is expanding operations from five days of production support, with ad-hoc weekend support, to seven-day operations. This job includes regular holiday and weekend support for the critical Enterprise Accounting System (EASy) and Account Management Information (AMI).
The CATS Production Support Team supports the 12 Reserve Bank Accounting Operations, Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) and external Financial Institutions. This position will have responsibilities for the following activities:

- Daily System Monitoring of EASy & AMI Online & Batch Processes
- Inbound and Outbound File and Report Monitoring
- Incident Response Management (Collaborating with CATS Development, NIT & Stakeholders)
- Contingency Planning and Support
- Business Resumption Testing
- Data Center Rotations
- Security Assurance for the Federal Reserve (SAFR) Compliance Documentation
- Security Assessments and Accreditations
- Production Business Line Testing
- Production Support with Business Lines
- Internal and External Technical Audits Response
- Customer Phone Support/Problem Resolution
- Email (SMB) Support/Problem Resolution
- Shared Responsibility for 12 Companies Daily Close Processes
- Generating Reports
- Late General Ledger & Other Key Business Functions
- Opportunity to learn new monitoring technology with the transition to the Cloud Platform
- Participate on, and contribute to, System-Level work groups dealing with accounting related applications
- This position is not required to supervise others
- Knowledge and experience normally acquired through, or equivalent to, the completion of a Bachelor's degree in business or technology and a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience
- All employees assigned to this position will be subject to FBI fingerprint/ criminal background and Patriot Act/ Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) watch list checks at least once every five years.
