About the Role
As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be providing technical support and maintenance in a multiple operating system (Windows and MacOS) computer environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting internal user support of Enterprise SaaS applications, mobile devices, collaboration technologies, and related equipment.
- Documenting and track issues in our ticketing system (FreshDesk).
- Providing local support for our Cambridge office.
- Maintaining inventory, upgrading, and replacing hardware and software systems.
- Participating in the design and implementation of enterprise wide technical projects.
Requirements
- Have Service Desk experience.
- Experience in providing Technical Support, AV Support, and Network Support.
- Experience in configuring and set up workstations and laptops.
- Experience in managing devices in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Microsoft Office Applications.
