Job Summary
A Technical Support Specialist, L2 career at PatientPoint is rewarding and exciting as you will collaborate directly with a variety of healthcare and IT provider partners (physicians, hospital professionals, office managers, etc.) to help promote and provide exceptional customer experience and technical expertise. Â

You will also work directly with our field partners to drive technical resolution, root cause analysis, technical troubleshooting (hardware/ software/ network) to assist in providing an outstanding service experience. We are all about making the doctor-patient engagement better and you could be a part of our journey!Â

What You Will Do
- Ongoing daily outreach to customers to ensure network quality standards and troubleshootÂ
- Schedule logistics coordination of onsite visits; with ownership of customer satisfactionÂ
- Identify root cause analysis of offline devices Â
- Build relationships with both customers and vendorsÂ
- Efficiently respond to practice and partner questions issues; effectively collaborate with appropriate service resources to ensure resolution in a timely mannerÂ
- Meet performance standards for quantity and quality of customer interactionsÂ
- Autonomously manage and troubleshoot issuesÂ
- Develop thorough knowledge and understanding of customer challenges, expectations and success measureÂ
- Develop ongoing documentation of practices for all customer interactionsÂ
- Work collaboratively with internal Customer Success and Onboarding TeammatesÂ
- Maintain expert knowledge of PatientPoint products and services.Â
What We Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service role
- Associate degree or equivalent professional help desk/ technical work experienceÂ
- Ability to interface with all levels of people from IT personnel, Doctors, techniciansÂ
- Consistent ability to craft clear, grammatically correct, and professional business communicationÂ
