Technical Support with QA functions
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated QA Technical Support professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with several databases, including document-oriented and relational, and make a significant impact on our processes.
In this role, you will
- Work with Databases and APIs (SQL/noSQL, REST/SOAP)
- Communicate daily with Analytics, QA, and Developers
- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Conduct data analysis
- Control the quality of working processes
- Perform mobile, web, and backend testing
Itβs all about you
- Understanding of APIs and Databases
- Practical experience with REST (Postman) and/or SOAP (SoapUI) web services
- Solid knowledge of SQL syntax with practical experience (MS SQL/MySQL/Oracle)
- Ability to comprehend and manage configuration files, log files, diagnostic tools, and software versions
- Understanding of software development processes and approaches
- Intermediate level of English
- Good communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Strong problem-solving skills (analytical thinking, creativity)
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptability to changing environments
- Willingness to learn and grow
