Requisites 

Education: 

Graduate, from any recognized university. 

Relevant Experience (years): 

Minimum of 10 years of work experience,

• with 4-6 years of experience as a Technical System Analyst

and 2-4 years of scrum master experience on projects executed using Agile Scrum methodology. 

• 2+ years of experience in leadership and or supervisory position.

Industry / Technology background: 

Public Services Domain knowledge will be preferable

Working Hours: 

9.30 AM – 6.00 PM (Flexible) 

Role Summary: 

• Analyse business processes and facilitate solution delivery.

· Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document system/application requirements.

• Manage Project timelines, resources and budget. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Track Project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Facilitate project scrum performing scrum ceremonies, driving team to maximize value delivery to customers.

Skill set / Responsibilities 

Essential: 

Technical Skills: 

· Experience with database management system (SQL, Oracle, Postgres)

· Fair knowledge of RESTful Api concepts.

· Exposure to programming languages such as Java/Python

· Strong knowledge of system architecture, design and deployment. 

· Strong knowledge of some estimation technique like WBS or FPA or similar. 

· Capable of drafting functional / business / system specifications. 

· Hands on experience in managing development activities using Mobile technologies

· Excellent relationship management and Client Coordination skills 

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

• • Good Presentation Skills 
  • Previous work experience in an onsite-offshore model. 

Tools/Frameworks: 

· Process Modelling Tools like - Microsoft Word, Visio and Excel. 

· Familiarity of Wireframe tools like Figma.

· Good Knowledge of prototyping/UI designing screens. 

· Development Life Cycle Tools like JIRA or similar

Desirable: 

Domain skills: 

· Previous experience in Public Services domain, especially with local and central government products. 

Development Methodologies: 

· SDLC – Waterfall, Iterative Waterfall or similar.
