Technical Systems Integrator

Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Technical Systems Integrator to develop and deploy a communications solution and network for use cases planned for transition from a legacy system. Support on the program mandates highly skilled expertise in multiple areas to enable and contribute to the successful delivery of this critical system. The new system will support users in a number of different capacities and varying degrees of complexity, and draws heavily on knowledge of client activities. Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for creating and updating Interface control documents for each of the elements in the information technology architecture.
• Responsible for drafting presentations and control gate technical diagrams and documentation.
• Responsible for managing the requirements verification and traceability matrix and ensuring that verification testing is properly conducted and verified.
• Responsible for ensuring that testing conclusions and recommendations are fully supported by test results, and project managers are fully informed of testing status and deviations from documented user requirements.
• Prepares milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations of capabilities
• Perform analysis of documented user requirements and design test plans in support of user requirements for the system.
• Develop documentation to support testing, including test plans and procedures.
• Develop documentation to support user transition from legacy systems to new program capabilities.
• Direct and/or participate in all phases of risk management assessments and development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design.
• Coordinate with the PM and other team members to ensure problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user satisfaction.
• Make recommendations, on test and evaluation strategies for systems installations.
• Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
• Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
• Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
• Document defects, using a tracking system, and report defects to development.
• Document test procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
• Monthly and/or weekly reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience performing/supporting test on a client information technology program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as an active member of a cohesive and energetic team and ability to work independently as needed to meet requirements.
• Bachelor's degree relevant to role, or equivalent experience as a systems integrator supporting system integration and test activities on a large information technology network.
  
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree with at least 10 years of experience as a systems integrator supporting system integration and test activities on a large information technology network.
• Previous support as a systems integrator in a testing capacity on a complex client program.
