Technical Team Lead

We are collaborating with a prominent client in the hospitality industry, to modernize and streamline their billing systems. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to lead the development of innovative, scalable solutions using cutting-edge web technologies and cloud-based platforms.

The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for guiding and providing technical direction to the development team. The aim is to create a more efficient billing process that can grow with client needs and align with long-term goals

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a Billing App in React that integrates with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Databases, and Microsoft Great Plains.
• Deploy solutions to Microsoft Azure as an Azure Static Web App.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring high development velocity each sprint.
• Collaborate closely with a team based in multiple locations.
• Actively contribute to the development and solutions of the team. 

Hard Skills - Must have:

• Strong Experience with .NET.
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Experience with Azure Static Web Apps.

Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:

• Proficiency in React or other frontend technologies.. 
• Experience with shadcn/ui.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate + Dataverse).

Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:

• Ability to lead technical teams, particularly in coaching/guiding junior developers.
• Capability to identify and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, ensuring the team meets project timelines.
