Technical Test Lead - Southlake,TX

Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Lead with .NET & SDET skills.
As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Southlake, TX. This position may require travel.
• At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Experience in Test Automation/Automation scripting on any of the automation tools
• Experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SSIS.

• Collaboration with Product Owners, Application and Engineering teams to understand the specifications.
• Evaluate manual test plans to develop test automation framework components.
• Should have minimum 4 years of experience into Development, DevOPs and Test Automation
• At least 4 years of experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SSIS, SSRS, MS SQL 2016+
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Collaboration with Product Owners, Application and Engineering teams to understand the specifications
• Evaluate manual test plans to develop test automation framework components
• Should design well-structured manual test cases to maintain and enhance easily
• Should be good at best Object-oriented programming practices using Selenium with C#
• At least 2 years of experience in Integration of automation frameworks into CI/CD processes
• Solid understanding of OOPs, SDLC methodologies
• At least 2 years of experience in BDD with Specflow is must
• Proficiency in developing Test scripts using xUnit, Nunit or MSUnit and C#
• Sound knowledge on GIT Source Control and Continuous Integration is required
• Knowledge on understanding backend services and REST APIs
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Able to adopt with different culture, business, multiple stakeholder environments
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Good in prioritization and management skills
• Passion for finding innovative solutions for complex problem.
