Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop training materials for customers and service colleagues.
• Design and deliver training sessions.
• Create and provide training documents and video content.
• Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and the skills of the participants.
• Collaborate closely with product experts.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a solid technical education (alternatively, a strong background as a technician, electrician, or in a similar field).
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.
• Strong communication skills when working with people.
• Video editing skills are a plus.
• Willingness to move to Koblenz.
