Technical Trainer III

As a Technical Trainer III, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing technical content and training materials for both internal and external customers at Sierra Space. You will learn how to deliver on-site/remote client support by providing expert training program and advising on technical training materials. You will collaborate and work as a partner along product management, engineers, and program managers. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the leaders on effectiveness of technical training programs.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and 6 or more years of work experience
• Relevant work experience may substitute for required education
• Experience with supporting/addressing customer training objectives
• Must possess strong verbal and technical written communication skills
• Must be able to coordinate collaboratively across traditional engineering disciplines

Preferred:

• Background in technical training, programs, communications, or other operations function
• Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is preferred

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $76,956.28 - $105,814.89
