Job Description

Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner.

Cato is the brainchild of networking and security pioneers Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and Gur Shatz (Incapsula.) Cato Networks has raised $773 million dollars since 2015, achieving Centaur status with $200M+ in ARR, and a valuation of $3 billion dollars.

This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

The Knowledge and Training Manager will lead the creation and delivery of high-quality video courses and in-person instruction to empower customers, partners, and internal teams with the skills and knowledge to maximize the value of our products and services. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption and success by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support. The ideal candidate will shape and expand the training function, ensuring the delivery of engaging, impactful, and scalable learning experiences.

  • Shape and manage the online training portal, Cato Academy, as the go-to hub for learning resources.

Content Creation:

  • Develop a wide array of training materials, such as user guides, manuals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Leverage feedback and collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to align content with audience needs.

Knowledge Sharing & Events:

  • Plan and host knowledge-sharing events for internal and external audiences.
  • Communicate training schedules, updates, and program details effectively to all stakeholders.
