Motorola Solutions, Inc.Job Description
- Deliver specialized training to customers, partners, and employees on installation, optimization, commissioning, and maintenance of radio communication systems as required by customers and the organization with Program Managers, Customer Support Managers, System Engineers, and design.
- Deliver special classes for customers requiring training on customized systems for specific customer requirements.
- Support the creation of new training platforms and classes to be delivered online or by other media as required by a base of changing customers and technologies.
- Assist with the standardization of processes to improve the quality of the offered services to customers external or internal.
- 50% domestic & 10% international travel
Basic Requirements
- Bachelors degree + 3 years experience.
