Technical Training Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and creative Technical Training Specialist with a passion for creating comprehensive eLearning content from start to finish. This role focuses on developing high-quality technical training materials that will be available online at Cato Academy – the LMS portal for Cato’s customers and partners. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and implement engaging eLearning content covering the Cato SASE solution, including hands-on experience with Cato management applications and integrated solutions. 
• Maintain and curate a library of instructional materials. 
• Collaborate with different teams to identify common questions, resolutions, and roadblocks relevant to your technical content. 

Requirements: 

• Strong understanding of Information Technology (IT) networking and security industry.  
• Ability to work independently and manage the entire eLearning content creation process from A to Z. 
• Excellent English language skills; native speaker is an advantage. 
• Positive personality and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced start-up environment. 
• Proven experience in instructional design, technical training, or a related role. 
• Proven experience with LMS and video editing tools 
• Extensive technical knowledge, with strong writing and editing skills. 
• Ability to convey complex technical information in easy-to-understand guides and eLearning modules.
