The OpportunityÂ
Highnote is looking for our first Technical Writer to join our Developer Experience team and craft the voice of Highnote to our customers. This is an opportunity to be a part of building the Highnote content strategy from the ground up. This person will create content and documentation that all of our customers use while integrating and utilize once successfully launched. You will work closely with our customers and partner closely with the Highnote Product Design and Product Management teams.Â
What you’ll be doing:
- Writing external technical content for the Highnote DocsÂ
- Partner closely with the Developer Experience team to enhance the customer integration experienceÂ
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management across the organization to understand features to continuously improve content
- Develop a strong understanding of the Highnote product ecosystem and expert knowledge of the product and customers you support.Â
What we are looking for:
- Experience writing external customer-facing documentation, preferably for API’s
- Experience working with a content management system (Hygraph, Contentful)
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Sharp writing skills, and ability to accept and provide editorial feedback
- Extremely detail-oriented, and excited to work with evolving customer and business needs
