Job Title: Technical Writer 2

Location: Pennsylvania Primarily Remote (Occasional On-Site Visits)

Job Overview
The Technical Writer 2 will support the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) in their Data Modernization Initiative. This role involves developing and maintaining technical documentation for the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), supporting public health data analysis and system modernization, including the transition to Azure.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain user, technical, and process documentation.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Produce process models, diagrams, and other documentation.
Provide project updates and reports via designated systems.
Requirements
Must-Have:

5+ years of experience in technical writing or business analysis.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements.
Proficiency with process modeling and diagramming.
Preferred:

Background in public health or healthcare systems.
Knowledge of Azure and data warehouse projects.
