About the Role

As a Technical Writer at Anatomage, you will be working within the Anatomage Quality Department. Anatomage is growing at a rapid pace and we are currently seeking a skilled technical writer to join our organization. In this position, you will create easy-to-understand user content and product documentation to increase product clarity, performance, and usability.

This person will be an integral part of the team, working onsite at our warehouse location in San Jose to produce necessary documentation.

This position is full time, on-site at our warehouse location in San Jose.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams to understand department documentation requirements
• Create strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals
• Write and maintain documentation including, but not limited to, user manuals, installation guides, Work Instructions, Records, procedures, and FAQs
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear and user friendly
• Utilize a variety of media forms; including images and charts
• Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary
• Perform editorial work and report to the supervisors about progress made

Requirements

• Technical writing experience
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of experience

Preferred skills :

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, Journalism, or a related field
• Graphic Design experience
• Mechanical Assembly experience
• PC Assembly experience
