Once You Are Here, You Will:
Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct interviews, perform research, and gather documentation requirements for the following functions within Cyber & IT Security:
Vulnerability Management
Incident Management
Security Log Monitoring & Analysis
Specifically, this includes gathering information for developing the following:
Strategies, frameworks, and plans
Procedure manuals and standard operating procedures
Technical documentation and configuration standards
Document all identified documentation requirements, and their priority, and provide a written implementation plan & schedule for the delivery of those artefacts
Lead working group discussions to generate innovative ideas for content, illustrations and diagrams
Develop a table of content for each document and author or edit the required content
Solicit and engage client feedback and, if applicable, testing of documentation
Report weekly on status of implementation plan and its deliverables

Mandatory Qualifications:
Must demonstrate, using one (1) or more projects, that you have a minimum of ten (10) years experience within the last fifteen (15) years providing services similar to the following:
document help text, user manuals, technical documentation, web page content;
review documentation standards and the existing Project documentation;
determine documentation requirements and makes plans for meeting them;
gather information concerning the features and functions provided by the developers;
assess the audience for the documents/manuals which are required and prepare a statement of purpose and scope for each;
develop a table of content for each document/manual and write or edit the required content;
investigate the accuracy of the information collected by making direct use of the material being documented;
prepare or coordinate the preparation of any required illustrations and diagrams;
design the layout of the documents/manuals; and
use word-processing, desk-top publishing, and graphics software packages to produce final camera-ready copy.
Must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that you have demonstrated experience Microsoft 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook within the last seven (7) years, as follows:
Five (5) projects, each with a minimum duration of six (6) consecutive months.
University degree or college/CEGEP Diploma related to computer science, information technology, or engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution.
A copy of the degree or diploma must be provided.
