The Customer Success team at Consensys is focused on exactly that: making our customers successful. We’re looking for people who will step towards a customer who is asking for help and respond with innovative and creative ideas to help them course-correct. What you’ll do
What will you do? You’ll be explaining Web3 to the world!

Within the small but growing Content Team in Customer Success, we work to ensure that users of Consensys and partners’ products have the onboarding, training, and documentation resources that they need. These take a variety of forms, from traditional Knowledge Bases to blog posts to tutorials, infographics, even YouTube videos. 

Specifically, we’re looking for well-rounded candidates: you might be stronger in writing end-user focused content, or developer focused content; either way, we’d like to hear from you.
We are in contact with a wide variety of teams and projects across the company and the ecosystem. We’re a dynamic team, in the sense that we adapt to business needs as they arise, and we have the privilege to produce work that has meaningful impact. We take pride in this, always approaching a situation with the question “What can we do to help?” in mind.

It would be great if you brought this to the role

Core Skills

• A very strong level of English, with opinions on what “sounds right”
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with software development and release processes: You don’t have to have a specific degree or certification. Regardless of where you got your knowledge, please explain it on your resume or cover letter, and we’ll discuss it in the interview (NOT a formal coding interview.)
• A willingness both to work collaboratively with others, as well as to take initiative on your own

Bonus

• Experience with web3/crypto/blockchain technology; even more nice, experience building on a web3 project
• Knowledge of, and experience building with, Python or the nodejs ecosystem
• Multilingualism! Our team benefits greatly from having speakers of different (human, not programming) languages.
